If a paid reading was not worth it, it is on us

The terms

• What you get: the cost of the reading credited back to your Mystic Help balance, up to $25.
• When: claim within 72 hours of the reading ending.
• How often: once every 30 days.
• What qualifies: any reading where money was charged. Free minutes were never paid for, so they cannot be credited.
• How: open the reading from My readings, press Use the guarantee, and tell us in a sentence what went wrong. The credit lands instantly.

Why a credit and not a card refund

When a minute is billed, the advisor is paid their share at once, so we cannot reverse a single reading to your card without taking it back from them. What we can do is make you whole immediately, without a support ticket, and let you spend the credit with anyone else on the site. Unused balance, including guarantee credits that came from a purchase, can still be refunded to your card on request within 30 days of that purchase.

What we do with claims

Every claim is read. An advisor who collects them loses placement first and their listing second. Claims are never shown publicly and never affect your account.

Ended by the advisor?

If an advisor ends a paid reading in its first two minutes, tell us in the claim and we will credit the whole reading regardless of the cap.
