Why we built Mystic Help

Per-minute reading sites have existed since the late nineties, and the model works: you talk to someone with a gift for listening, and you pay only for the time you use. What has not aged well is the billing around it. Connection fees that never appear on the listing. Sessions that quietly continue onto your card when the balance runs out. Guarantees written to be hard to use. Advisors keeping less than half of what you pay.

Mystic Help keeps the part that works and rebuilds the rest.

For customers

The rate you see is the price you pay. A reading is capped at your balance, with a live meter and a warning before the end. The guarantee is automatic. Ratings are shown to two decimals and hidden until an advisor has five reviews, so one perfect score cannot outrank a long record.

For advisors

Advisors keep 70% of every minute, including the free ones we give to new customers. There is no listing fee and no per-minute surcharge. Applications are reviewed by a person, and the catalogue is curated rather than open to anyone.

Where we are

Mystic Help is new. The catalogue is small and growing, and some profiles you see are sample listings marked as such while the first advisors come on board. If you read professionally and the numbers above sound right, we would like to hear from you.
