The platform fee is 30%, flat. There is no per-minute surcharge on top and no listing fee. Most reading sites keep more than half.
Free minutes are paid minutes
When a new customer uses their free minutes with you, Mystic Help pays you for them at your rate. Promotions are our cost, not yours.
Set your own rate and hours
Choose anything from $0.99 to $30 per minute and change it whenever you like. Go available when you can answer, offline when you cannot.
Customers who cannot overspend
A reading is capped at the customer's balance and a live meter shows them the cost. Fewer disputes, fewer chargebacks, calmer conversations.
A person reviews your application
We read every application and interview before approving. Vetting is what keeps the customer side trusting the listings.
Paid twice a month
Payouts on the 1st and 16th by bank transfer once $20 or more is owed. Your earnings page shows every minute you have earned.
How applying works
- 1Create an account and open the application form.
- 2Write your listing: name, headline, about, rate, reading types, tools, languages.
- 3Tell us about your background and hours.
- 4We review, and interview by chat if we have questions. Usually under a week.
- 5Approved: your listing goes live and you set yourself Available.
What we ask of advisors
- Answer a request within a minute when you are set to Available.
- Never give medical, legal or financial advice, and never predict pregnancy or death.
- Never charge for silence. If nothing comes through, say so and end the reading.
- Treat every customer with respect, including the ones who disagree with you.
- Do not solicit reviews, and do not contact customers outside the platform.
