A reading, minute by minute

1. Choose an advisor

Browse by reading type or search by name and specialty. Every card shows the per-minute rate, a two-decimal rating (once an advisor has five reviews), the number of readings they have done, and whether they are available right now. Profiles carry the full story: about, specialties, tools, languages, and every review with its star rating.

2. Create an account and claim your free minutes

Sign up with an email and a password. Your first three minutes with any advisor are free, with no card required. If you want more, the welcome pack gives you ten minutes with any advisor for $1.99, once per account.

3. Add funds when you are ready

Readings are paid from a prepaid balance. Add $10, $25, $50 or $100 through our checkout (Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record). Larger packs carry a bonus. Your balance never expires, and unused balance can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

4. Start a chat reading

Press Start on an available advisor, optionally type your opening question, and wait for them to accept. Billing begins only when they do. Free minutes are used first, then your balance, one whole minute at a time.

5. Watch the meter

A live clock shows elapsed time, minutes billed, the running cost and your remaining balance. When you have two minutes of balance left, we tell you. When the balance reaches zero, the reading ends by itself. There is no card on file and nothing can run on after the money you chose to add.

6. End whenever you like

Press End at any time, or let the advisor end it. You are charged for the minutes begun, nothing more. The transcript stays in your account.

7. Review, or use the guarantee

After a paid reading you can leave a review, which is public and shown with your first name. If the reading was not worth it, use the satisfaction guarantee within 72 hours and the paid minutes come back to your balance, up to $25, once every 30 days.

What we do not do

• No connection or session fee. The rate is the price.
• No automatic top-ups and no charging a card mid-reading.
• No hidden international charges.
• No selling of your questions, transcripts or data.
