Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, password hash, timezone, and optionally your birth date for horoscopes.
• Readings: chat transcripts, timestamps, minutes billed, reviews and guarantee claims.
• Payments: order amounts and identifiers from Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store card numbers.
• Technical: server logs with IP address and browser, kept for 30 days for security.

Why

To run readings and bill them, to keep transcripts available to you, to handle guarantee claims and disputes, to send the emails you asked for, and to keep the service secure. That is the whole list.

What we never do

We do not sell personal data. We do not show your questions or transcripts to anyone but you, your advisor and staff handling a claim. We do not run advertising trackers on reading pages.

Processors

Supabase (database and authentication, EU region), Vercel (hosting), Lemon Squeezy (payments and receipts), and our email provider for transactional mail. Each processes data only on our instructions.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account by emailing hello@seerora.com. Deleting an account removes your profile and transcripts; ledger records are kept for seven years as accounting requires, without your name attached to the readable parts. EU and UK users have the rights set out in the GDPR, including complaint to a supervisory authority.
