Your first three minutes with any advisor are free and need no card. After that, the welcome pack gives ten minutes with any advisor for $1.99, once per account. Free minutes are used before paid ones and any unused ones stay on your account.

Each whole minute begun is billed at the advisor's per-minute rate from your prepaid balance. Billing starts when the advisor accepts, not when you request. There is no connection fee.

No. The reading ends by itself when your balance cannot cover the next minute. We warn you when two minutes remain. We never charge a card during a reading.

Yes, on request within 30 days of the purchase it came from, to the original payment method. Email support with the order date.

If a paid reading was not worth it, claim within 72 hours from the reading's page and the paid minutes are credited back to your balance, up to $25, once every 30 days.

Every advisor applies, is reviewed by a person and is interviewed when we have questions. Some listings are marked as sample profiles while the catalogue grows; they are clearly labelled.

Only you, the advisor, and Mystic Help staff when handling a claim. Transcripts are never published or sold.

Ratings appear once an advisor has five reviews, so a single review cannot make or break a listing. Ratings use two decimals.

Advisors keep 70% of every billed minute, including free minutes, and are paid on the 1st and 16th once $20 or more is owed.
