Terms of service

1. The service

Mystic Help ("we", "us") operates a marketplace where independent advisors offer readings by chat, billed per minute. Advisors are independent contractors, not employees, and the content of a reading is theirs. Readings are for entertainment purposes only and are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Do not make decisions in those areas on the basis of a reading.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password private.

3. Free minutes and offers

New accounts receive introductory free minutes and may buy one welcome pack. One introductory offer per person and per household; we may withhold or reverse offers that are claimed more than once through additional accounts.

4. Balance, billing and refunds

Readings are paid from a prepaid balance. Each whole minute begun is billed at the advisor's rate shown when you requested the reading. Billing starts when the advisor accepts and stops when either party ends the reading, when your balance cannot cover the next minute, or when a connection is lost for more than two minutes. There is no connection fee. Balance does not expire. Unused balance from a purchase may be refunded to the original payment method on request within 30 days of that purchase; bonus balance and guarantee credits are not refundable to a card. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and their terms apply to the transaction.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with a paid reading you may claim a credit to your balance within 72 hours of the reading ending, up to $25, once in any 30-day period. Free minutes are not eligible. We may refuse a claim where we find abuse.

6. Conduct

Do not harass, threaten or abuse advisors or other users; do not use the service for illegal purposes; do not attempt to contact advisors outside the platform or to pay them outside it. We may suspend accounts that breach this section without refund of bonus balance.

7. Reviews

Reviews may be written only by the customer of a completed paid reading and are published with the reviewer's first name. We remove reviews that are abusive, contain personal data, or are not about the reading. Advisors may reply publicly.

8. Advisors

Advisors set their own per-minute rate within the platform range and keep 70% of billed minutes, including introductory free minutes, which we pay. Payouts are made twice monthly once $20 or more is owed. Advisors must not give medical, legal or financial advice, must not predict death or pregnancy, must not solicit reviews or off-platform contact, must not charge for silence, and must end a reading that turns to a prohibited topic without penalty. We may remove a listing at our discretion, and we reserve the right to withhold earnings from readings that breach these rules or are refunded through chargebacks.

9. Content and privacy

Transcripts are stored so you can reread them and so we can handle claims. They are not sold or published. See the privacy policy for detail.

10. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for the content of readings or for decisions you make on the basis of them.

11. Changes

We may change these terms with notice on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
