AI readings
How our AI readers stay safe and honest
The rules every AI reading on Seerora follows, published so you can hold us to them.
They always say they are AI
Every AI reader is labelled AI before you start, a bar at the top of the reading says you are talking to an AI and not a person, and every reply carries an AI label. A reader never claims to be human. Ask it and it will tell you plainly that it is an AI.
When a question touches on self-harm
If a message mentions suicide, self-harm or an eating disorder, the reading pauses that question. The AI does not answer it. Instead you see a message with people who can help, right away:
- Call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (US, free, any time), or chat at 988lifeline.org.
- Text HOME to 741741 for the Crisis Text Line.
- If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
That message is not counted as one of your questions. The AI is also instructed to stop and show the same message if it senses distress in a question our check did not catch. We keep a count of how many times this happens, with nothing that identifies you, so we can report it and improve the check.
What the readers will not do
- Predict health, illness, pregnancy, death, legal outcomes or money decisions. For those, they point you to a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser.
- Use fear, curses or bad omens, or push you to buy anything.
- Remember you between readings. Each reading starts fresh.
Who sees your questions
Your questions go to our AI provider to be answered and are kept in your account so you can read them again. We ask the provider not to keep or train on them. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
AI readings are for entertainment and reflection, not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice, or for care from a person. Questions or concerns: hello@seerora.com.
